Depending on the form of registration, you may additionally secure your account using the 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) feature. To enable the 2FA for a Split account:
Go to the user Profile section
Choose "Security" tab
Choose the preferred option:
A. Email 2FA
B. 2FA App
A. For the 2FA using an email:Once you click on this option, you will receive an automated email with the authentication code.
Enter the code you received in the designated field and click on "Verify" to confirm.
Your 2 Factor Authenticator via Email is now enabled.
B. For the 2FA using an application:
Open the Authenticator app on your mobile device and scan the QR code to add Split account to your Authenticator app.
Generate the code in the Authenticator app, and input it in the designated "Verification Code". Then press on "Enable Authenticator" to complete the linking process.
Your 2 Factor Authenticator via an App is now enabled.
