Yes. Each portion of the Vault is available for claiming during its designated 8-hour interval.
Once the interval ends, it is replaced by the next one, and the previous claiming opportunity expires. To unlock the full Vault reward, make sure to claim each portion within its respective 8-hour interval.
Once a portion has been successfully claimed and credited to your FIAT balance, however, those funds do not expire and remain available in your balance.
