Why was my bet rejected or accepted for a lower stake?

A bet may be rejected or accepted for a lower stake if the selected market, odds, or available betting limits change before your bet is processed.

This can happen, for example, when:

  • The odds or market are updated while you are placing the bet.

  • The market is suspended or becomes unavailable.

  • The stake exceeds the maximum amount allowed for the selected market or event.

  • The available betting limit changes before your bet is accepted.

  • The event or market is no longer available for betting.

If your bet is accepted at a lower stake than the amount you originally entered, only the accepted amount will be placed. However, this may vary depending on your preconfigured bet acceptance settings, which may allow bets to be accepted under specific conditions, such as higher or lower stakes.

If your bet is rejected, no bet is placed. You can review the message displayed in the Bet Slip for information about why the bet could not be accepted.
