Why was my bet voided instead of settled as won or lost?

When a bet cannot be fairly settled as either won or lost, it is generally declared void. In such cases, the stake is refunded. For a parlay (accumulator) bet, the voided selection is removed from the bet and treated as having odds of 1.00, meaning it no longer contributes to the total combined odds.

The most common reasons are:

  • Non-participation: the player or competitor the bet was placed on did not take part.

  • Event not completed: the event was cancelled, postponed or abandoned beyond the allowed time window.

  • Exact line: the result lands exactly on the line, e.g. Over/Under 3.0 with exactly 3 goals, a handicap that ends level, or Draw No Bet ending in a draw.

  • Condition not met: the market's event never happened, e.g. "Race to X points" when X was not reached, or "Next goalscorer" with no further goal.

  • Errors: obviously wrong odds, an incorrect score, match time or team names displayed, or a bet accepted after the outcome was already known.

  • Integrity or rule breaches: suspected fraud, fixed matches, multiple accounts, or related selections combined in one Parlay.
