The structure of the Balance on our site is adjusted to the payment methods in use.
You will see the FIAT balance, Bonus Balance and each cryptocurrency Balance separately.
To preview all the Balances, simply click on the balance amount and see the drop-down list.
FIAT Balance - This is the balance where the majority of your Rewards are credited. You can withdraw funds from your FIAT Balance using any of the available withdrawal payment methods.
Bonus Balance - This is the balance where your deposit bonus funds are held until the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Once the requirements are met, the bonus funds are released to the relevant Cryptocurrency Balance, based on the cryptocurrency used for the initial deposit.
Cryptocurrency Balance – This is the balance where your cryptocurrency deposits are displayed. When you deposit using a specific cryptocurrency, withdrawals can only be made in that same cryptocurrency.If you purchase cryptocurrency using "Buy crypto" option, the deposit will be credited to the Balance of the currency you purchased.
